Flexibility:
Electrol specialises in corporate training that can be delivered on the customer’s premises. The key to our success is flexibility and customer focus. We are flexible in terms of the timescale of the training; the location of the training; the schedule for the training and we are flexible about the mode of delivery. We do everything in our power to meet the needs of our customers and their trainees
Expertise:
Electrol staff have gained an unrivalled expertise in delivering training to major organisations in the most demanding circumstances. A particular strength is our ability to use a customer’s own working environment as a vehicle to develop the theory and practice needed by the trainee. This also ensures that the skills learned are transferred into working practice.
Attention to detail:
However well structured a training course is, it doesn’t run itself. It needs to be constantly monitored and actively managed to meet changing circumstances. We don’t wait for problems to arise with our courses, we take action to avoid them.
